HADLEYHAUS is a Commercial to Co-living HMO Conversion in Hull and houses 24 tenants. We started this project in 2022 and completed it in 2023. It's still looking great.

HadleyHaus2 has just gained planning permission and will be starting later in the the year (2025) This one is 32 bed co-living in another Article 4 part of Hull.
Luckily (for us!) we're Hulls top HMO management agency so managing these properties once they are complete is just what we do on a daily basis.
