30 Minute AMQRAP
As Many Quality Rounds As Possible
10/10 Single Arm Swings
1/1 TGU (Sub: 3/3 1/2 Kneeling Windmills)
3/3 Clean + Press + Offset Squat
20 Elevators (Total)
5 Pull-ups + 10-30sec Dead Hang @ any point within set (Sub: 30sec Hollow Body Rocks + 30sec Hollow Body Hold)
Execution:
Kettlebell Strength = rest as needed + increase weight as you progress through workout.
Kettlebell Cardio = minimal rest and work quick, but not rushed with the same light-medium bell(s).
Perform the reps in front of each move and get As Many Quality Rounds in As Possible within 30min
