The RDB-050 manual tube bender is the newest manual machine in the Baileigh/RMD lineup. This bender features a unique 3-bending speed ratchet mechanism that gives the user the option of high speed bending for smaller diameter tubing and a lower speed, high torque setting for heavy wall material.
The unique drive mechanism on this bender allows the user to make a full 180-degree bend without having to remove pins or reposition drive arms. An anti-spring-back mechanism greatly reduces the risk of wrinkling thin wall material and provides support for bending heavier material. All pivot points on this heavy-duty machine also utilize aluminum-bronze bushings to prevent galling.
