Dr Deb Devonshire FANZCA (Melbourne)

Dr Debra Devonshire is a current ANZCA Councillor and a visiting medical officer at Monash Health, Cabrini and Peninsula private hospitals.

As the chair of the CPD Committee, Debra highlights the importance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and how anaesthetists are always ready because they are always learning. Through a combination of attending scientific meetings, reading journals, evaluating their own work and attending crisis courses, anaesthetists are constantly updating their skills to ensure patients receive the highest quality care.
