ContractVille! Gameplay! Make Money Fast! Tips! 4k!

Tackling a very profitable demolition job in ContractVille. I saw a number of people complaining that it's grindy and takes aaaages to demo a build and that it's not very profitable. So I wanted to show how I do it, with some tips, to make around $50k for well under 15 minutes work. And I'm not even that efficient about it! You could definitely improve on my speed (by, say, not constantly walking into walls, or parking your truck more sensibly in the first place). I reckon I could get the whole job down to 10 minutes with more practice, a better grip on my mouse and slightly less Jack Daniels beforehand.

Be warned that the job itself is in real time to prove the point. So if you don't wanna watch me collect and recycle trash, pack and sell furniture and beat the crap out of a whole building with a sledgehammer, this video is probably not for you. But if you play or are interested in ContractVille, you might find it useful!

If you watch to the end there's a full breakdown of payments for the job. Spoiler alert, I make $49,732 for a '$30k job' without trying. If you really wanted to maximise your profits, you could be more selective about what you sell to the pawnbroker, because frankly any item under about $200 value is probably better broken up and recycled for scrap. Plus, I wouldn't usually take just a single job's worth of recycling to sell, but it was useful to know how much extra you're getting for that one job.

As I surmise at the end, this far exceeds the paltry $40k you'd get for building a whole house which would take hours! You could probably do anywhere between 8 and 20 of these demo missions in the same time as a single build mission!
