Meet Tamsin | Built in Birmingham | University of Birmingham

Tamsin studied a postgraduate degree in Chemistry at Birmingham and is now a Supervisor at Thermo Fisher Scientific, developing testing kits for blood cancers and immune disorders. At Birmingham, she gained confidence in the laboratory and valuable research experience through an internship with the School of Chemistry.

She also produced training materials and mentored others during the development of the CTL building. Her course content, research opportunities, and role as a student ambassador helped her build transferable skills and a strong foundation for her career.
