My First Visit To CROMER - This Place BLEW MY MIND!

It is the return of the traditional Victorian seaside and if you’re looking for somewhere to visit this Summer, you are in for a treat! Today I am in the beautiful coastal town of Cromer in Norfolk, a popular tourist destination located north of Norwich and nestled between Sheringham and Mundesley. In this 4K walking tour I’ll be taking you along the seafront as I explore all there is to see and do. If you’re looking for a scenic coastal walk, golden sandy beaches, museums, attractions and a pint, this is the place to go in Norfolk.
 
Walk with me down the Norfolk coastal path – I start off at the Runton Road, lined with spectacular Victorian buildings and hotels, before arriving at the town centre itself.  Quirky streets lined with amusements, independent shops, coffee shops, bookshops, gift shops and pubs.  I check out the prominent Hotel de Paris, try the famous Mary Jane’s Fish and Chips and check out the iconic Cromer Church, unmissable on the skyline. Of course, no visit would be complete without a walk down the beach – there’s a lifeboat museum, Banksy art and incredible dramatic cliffs.  Finally I walk down the pier - home to one of only five end of pier theatres in the UK.  Apart from the theatre, you can see the lifeboat station, there’s a restaurant, bar and a popular spot for crabbing / fishing. Who could forget the Cromer Crab! Of course I end my trip with a well deserved pint as always!
