CLASSIC VW- NO HEADLIGHTS? 1972 SUPER BEETLE. SERIES .

This is not your normal situation. These are things that pop up when you switch fuse boxes in your beetle. I had to replace my fuse box. My shelf broke and I wanted to keep everything clean and organized. The problem here is 1972 VW SUPER BEETLE is a 1 year only fuse box.
The plan here is to switch the relay locations on the shelf to accommodate the relays. I an thinking this clear fuse box is not for a 1972 super beetle. Comment below if you have seen one of these before. I've never seen a fuse box of this color. It is a O.E.M part. It has the vw logo on it. One last thing if you see my thinking may not be correct please comment below. Everyones view is highly appreciated.
