咀香園杏仁餅是一道美味可口的傳統名點,屬於粵菜系。
咀香園杏仁餅創始於1918年,產於廣東中山市。因其外形似杏仁,故稱杏仁餅。
已有近百年歷史,原屬家庭自作自食;以後創製成品,外型改為圓形小餅。
先選取一級綠豆,經傳統工藝精選製成綠豆粉;配以杏仁磨成粉,在餅中夾肉精製而成。餅身鬆脆,餅心香甜,入口鬆化,風味獨特。中山杏仁餅,以咀香園生產為正宗,規模最大,品質最佳,又稱咀香園餅。
Juxiangyuan almond cake is a delicious traditional delicacy that belongs to Cantonese cuisine.
Juxiangyuan almond cake was founded in 1918 and is produced in Zhongshan City, Guangdong. Because it looks like an almond, it is called an almond cake.
It has a history of nearly 100 years. It was originally made by the family for self-consumption; later, it was created as a product, and the shape was changed to a round cake.
First, select the first-class mung beans, select them by traditional technology to make mung bean powder; add almonds to grind into powder, and then add meat to the cake. The cake is crispy, sweet, and soft in the mouth, with a unique flavor. Zhongshan almond cake is authentic, on a large scale, and of the best quality, also known as Juxiangyuan cake.
