Today we're talking about a rather simple option you can add to your service offerings to double your profit while you're at a job site. Fall aeration and overseeding can be very profitable if you price it right, and bring in that much needed revenue before winter.

Overseeding with fall aerations can be a pretty profitable endeavor, so we wanted to show you how we sell this service to our customers. Mike walks us through the basics of overseeding, and a bunch of helpful tips as well to help maximize profit, and minimize our costs.

Always make sure you put down the correct seed type by checking with your local suppliers, and making sure it's what the customer needs/wants. Renting an aerator and a spreader can be a great first step to offering this service and getting your feet wet.
