They Cancelled My Bus Pass 😳 | ASPO Office Reality & Italy System Truth

Today’s vlog was full of unexpected problems and real-life experiences in Italy.
I went to the ASPO office with my friend for bus pass renewal. They renewed my friend’s pass earlier, but surprisingly, they denied mine, saying I am over 27 years old. The shocking part is — my friend is more than 28, yet his pass was renewed earlier.
After questioning, the staff said it was a mistake and cancelled my friend’s pass as well.
As if that wasn’t enough, I faced another problem —
I had locked my electric scooter, but I forgot the keys at home. I had to take the bus back, return home, pick the keys, and then go again to bring my scooter.
While doing this, I was very alert because a few days ago I saw a wild dog inside our hotel campus. A few months back, a small dog bit me, and I had to go to the hospital. I waited for more than 5 hours, but no treatment was given. The doctor only asked if I had taken a tetanus vaccine in the last 10 years. When I said yes, they told me there is nothing to worry about.
In this vlog, I honestly explained the medical system in Italy and compared it with the Indian medical system.
On a positive note, the municipality has prepared a new cycling lane, and riding my scooter there felt safe and smooth — a good improvement.
After coming back, I rested, slept, woke up in the evening, went for a short walk, then did study and video editing, and finally went to sleep.
