Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cup Plain Flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup white chocolate
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp green tea matcha powder

*This recipe is for (8x4 inches rectangular pan)
*you may adjust the quantity of matcha powder depending how strong you matcha powder is.
