How much does it cost to change the turbo in 1.6HDi, DIY style (Peugeot/Citroen/Ford/Volvo)

The price of all the components for a turbo replacement in the 1.6HDi engines. My car is a 1.6HDi Peugeot Partner (2007; ~103,000 miles; M59; 9HXC engine; 90bhp). The car is the same as a Citroen Berlingo. This procedures should be fairly the same in 1.6TDCi (Ford) and various other diesels, e.g. Volvo, Suzuki, Mini, Mazda, etc.

My car is a Peugeot Partner 2007, 9HXC engine, 90bhp, 66kW (same as a Citroen Berlingo). The turbo is a wastegated turbo, not the VNT type. This goes with the 110bhp 1.6HDi engines. This particular turbo has the following numbers:

TD025S2-06T4
P/N: 9682881380
S/N: 07S253120
MHI: 49173-07506

The number that you need is 49173-07506 or 0375Q4 to order a new cartridge.
