Someone asked if I could do a video about how to deal with a dismissive-avoidant partner. Honestly the first thing that comes to mind is to break up with them. I know that's not for everyone. I just get concerned because being dismissive-avoidant is an attachment issue.

And I don't want to see people being hurt over and over because they aren't getting their needs met in a relationship. But there are some things you can do to deal with a dismissive-avoidant partner if you decide to stay with them. I do my best to give some tips.
