Welcome back in season 17 competitive Pharah. My rating during this game is Master 5 which is equal to roughly 3500 sr in Overwatch 1. My goal is Master 4 this season. We almost lose this game but do a incredible comeback on overtime!

Today I play on Gibraltar which I rank 8/10, making it a very good Pharah map. The first point on attack always take the highground so the payload can move beneath it. If you don't succeed, try to use boop and in a worst case scenario go down and fight on point. On defense fight for the highgrounds all the time, if you lose them Pharah is a lot weaker, whoever controls this has a big advantage. Spam rockets and push enemy from top, or go below or flank through buildings if needed. If they go Baptiste or Illari then try baiting them to duel you and kill them. Third point has a bridge that is highground, make sure enemy don't hold it. Use cover of buildings don't stay in the open. If you get countered, try to spam the platforms from distance just so they back. This game I have mercy pocket and a roadhog as tank. In this video I will teach you how to position yourself on the map Gibraltar while using the buildings as cover, to get the most value from Pharah even when playing against a pocket hitscan. Pharah can be a difficult hero sometimes, and many players get annoyed or dismayed when they are being countered with hitscan. There are many steps you can take to make Pharah valuable even in bad situations. If you are stuck and not progressing as Pharah, then hopefully this video will help YOU!
