Welcome back to another video! This week we are heading into Manning Gorge on the Gibb River Road.
We start the video at the Manning Gorge hike, a relatively easy hike that is about 2.5 kms long 1 way with a swim across the creek bed to start you off. The hike takes you all the way to a magnificent swimming hole with one of the biggest waterfalls on the Gibb River Road.
Then we start making our way east to the pentecost river with a stop into Ellenbrae Station for their famous Scones. This is where things head south and the road conditions get the better of us! We test out our Tyre repair kit and have to pay $52 a night for a piece of grass at Home Valley Station.
