SWK4 Step Splice With K6 V-Guide

We kicked off the start of summer with a similar SWK4 Solid Woven Kevlar 4-ply conveyor belt with a K6 PU V-Guide, so we figured we would start off fall the same way. Mike cuts the SWK4 belt to size and then overcast stitches the edges to prevent fraying and then cuts the ends to create the step splice. Once the ends are prepped, he sews them together and trims any stray ends. After that, he welds the K6 V-guide to the bottom of the belt. Mike finishes the belt off with his favorite part, using the air grinder to smooth out the V-guide joint.
