The Revelation of the Enochian Language to John Dee and Edward Kelley is one of the most celebrated and mysterious moments in the history of Western Esotericism. Here the angels reveal the "calls' or 'keys' by which the powerful Liber Loagaeth is to be unlocked, perhaps even heralding the Apocalypse itself. In these Calls we find what appears to be a functioning language with non-random words, syntax, morphology, numerals, even hints of verb conjugation and noun declensions. In this episode - the third in our series on the Enochian Language - I'll be exploring the language of the calls, their mode of revelation and their meaning within the scope of Enochian Magic as it was taught to Dee and Kelly.
