My name is RCAF, born in London and now creating from Houston — and if this is your first time landing here, welcome. I pour an obsessive level of detail, love, and Virgo perfectionism into every mix you hear from me. This set is no different. It’s a reflection of my journey, my memories, my culture, and the soundtrack that has followed me since childhood.

Before I ever touched a turntable or a drum machine, music had already chosen me.

My earliest memory

One of the earliest memories I have in life is being a toddler sitting in my pushchair in Trafalgar Square, London.
It was raining.
My mum had the rain cover pulled over me, and I remember looking out through that slightly fogged plastic at the pigeons moving freely across the stone pavement.

I would later come to know it as Trafalgar Square — by the horse statue fountain, a short distance from Chinatown and some other world-famous locations — I remember watching the world move around me while I sat still, absorbing it all.
Colors. Shapes. Sounds. Motion. Rhythm.
Before I had words, I had music in me.

There is something beautiful about how memory works: sometimes the very first scenes we remember hint at the life we are destined to build. Looking back now, I know exactly why that moment stayed with me. It was the beginning of me learning to feel the world.

From childhood to the craft

I started DJing and producing at 12 years old.
No roadmap. No mentor. Just curiosity and an inner fire.

Since then, music has taken me through decades of exploration — radio shows, club sets, genres, cities, equipment, reinvention, and growth. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has always been meaningful. And I’m grateful for every step, every stumble, and every sound.

Today, I stand here with a renewed purpose and a sharpened identity:

To deliver sound the way sound deserves to be delivered.

To present mixes with mastering-grade fidelity, with love, intention, and the highest respect for the art.
To give listeners an experience they can trust — whether they are in a lounge, a club, a festival, their car, their home, or their headphones.

I spent hours shaping the layers, sculpting the transitions, and selecting tracks not just for energy but for emotion. When I tell you this mix has my heart in it, I mean it. Even this description — crafted with care, intention, and precious time — is part of the offering.

This is a piece of me I’m releasing into the world like doves at a wedding… or a funeral.
A symbol of peace, transition, celebration, and truth — whatever it needs to be for you in this moment.
