Kohen, who had a rotationplasty amputation last year, travelled to POA from Nevada. In between fitting and learning to walk on his new prosthesis which allows him to bend at the knee, Kohen, his mom and brother had a great time fishing at some of our local lakes! We trained Kohen to walk on his everyday prosthesis and his first running prosthesis. Marko Cheseto, a world champion amputee marathon runner, gave him some tips - and a workout!
