The Fundació Miró Mallorca is an art foundation and museum in Palma, dedicated to the life and work of world-renowned surrealist artist Joan Miró, who lived and worked on the island for almost 30 years.
🖼 What to See
The site includes Miró’s studios, his former home, and a contemporary museum that showcases a large collection of his works — paintings, drawings, sculptures, and personal objects.
The foundation houses over 6,000 works by Miró, many of them donated by the artist himself.
You can also see "Taller Sert", a studio designed by Miró’s friend, architect Josep Lluís Sert, and Son Boter, a traditional Mallorcan house where Miró also worked — with graffiti and sketches still visible on the walls.
