Join ICF ACC coach, coach trainer and coach supervisor, Rebecca Daniel for an engaging and insightful Client Showcase. She is chatting with supervision client Akeila Browne about her experiences with coaching and supervision.
Akeila has her own coaching practice called Akeila Browne Coaching where she helps female leaders to monetise their gifts and talents through creating courses, programmes and coaching offers.
She started her coaching career as a life and mindset coach so all of her programmes are holistic and help women to design the life they want in the process.
Moreover, Akeila has also co-founded the social ecterprise Elevated Minds. They help young people at risk of exclusion to raise their aspirations and develop their emotional intelligence through personal development and 1:1/small group coaching. Akeila is the director of coaching, learning and development and is responsible for developing the coaching and L&D material for the organisation.
