The humble Class 14. A six coupled loco that dates from 1964 that is a bit more than just your regular shunting locomotive.
56 of these locomotives were built as part of the modernisation plan; and 19 of them remain in varying states around the UK. As the earliest examples turn 60 this year, the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway in Derbyshire hosted 7 of the surviving examples in a four day diesel gala, with most of the guests arriving for thursday and the last two being delivered safely on the Friday.

Featured in this video are mostly clips recorded on the Friday while I was partaking in the gala. The final clip is on Saturday, featuring the cavalcade of 7 Class 14s at the helm of "1Z09" to Wirksworth.
