Fish in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
Fish (boneless) 500 grams
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 6 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
For Tomato Sauce:
Peeled and chopped red tomatoes 5
Onion (chopped) 1 small
Garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
Olive oil 6 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Tomato paste 4 tablespoons
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Crushed black pepper to taste
Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry the boneless fish with salt and black pepper for 5 minutes on both sides. Place the fish in a baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 10 minutes.
For the sauce, heat oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic. Then, add the chopped and peeled tomatoes, salt, sugar, crushed black pepper, tomato paste, and 2 cups of water. Cook for 5 minutes.
To serve, place the fish on a plate and pour the tomato sauce over it. Enjoy!
Rotisserie Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
Whole chicken (with skin) 1
Salt 1 tablespoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Iceberg lettuce 2 cups
Tomatoes (sliced) 3
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Chili sauce ½ cup
Oil 6 tablespoons
Tortillas 6
Method: Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oil well on the whole chicken. Add 1 cup of water to a baking dish, place the chicken in the dish, and bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 30 minutes. After baking, remove from the oven, let it cool, and then separate the bones. Place the boneless chicken in the baking tray, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for another 5 minutes.
To assemble the wraps, place iceberg lettuce on a tortilla, followed by boneless chicken, chili sauce, sliced tomatoes, and mayonnaise. Roll up the tortilla to make a wrap and serve.
