My favorite season is upon us...GRILLING SEASON! 🌞 🥩 And I love marinating my meats, fish and veggies before I throw ’em on the grill. You’re gonna need this Cilantro Jalapeno Lime Marinade for my Cinco de Mayo recipe!
2 jalapeno peppers
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 Spanish onion
5 cloves garlic
Zest & juice from 2 limes
1/2 cup EVOO
S&P
1 TSP cumin
Puree all ingredients together in a blender, and voila!
