We started our morning with a hearty breakfast at Volante, the cozy café that overlooks the lush expanse of Wright Park. Nestled amid greenery, it’s the perfect spot for freshly brewed coffee and their famous breakfast plates—complete with eggs, sausage, garlic rice or waffles, and a refreshing drink. Energized, we strolled across to Wright Park where the real fun began. At the park, we embraced our adventurous side by renting traditional Igorot costumes, complete with colorful textiles and tribal accessories—an immersive cultural experience and a memorable photo op under the pine canopy. Afterwards, we treated ourselves to local strawberry ice cream, a delightful twist on the classic Filipino sorbetes, bursting with sweet-and-tart flavor. It was a refreshing and memorable morning, blending delicious food, culture, and a touch of playful fun.
