3-1-1 Palette of the Week: KVD Lolita Por Vida + Review & Swatches

When I saw pictures of this palette online, I knew I had to get my hands on it and try it out. Since it's limited edition, I had not planned on doing a 3-1-1 with it. However, just days after buying it, I received a heart-felt plea for help with this palette. So I immediately set to work, creating 3 looks that incorporate nearly all of the shadows in this palette.
