"Barnfind" Volvo 262C Rescued for Restoration

HAILEY IMPORT SERVICE: One owner, low mileage, barn-find grade Volvo 262C Bertone. This particular example has only 40k original miles. Rust is almost non-existent and what little there is would be easily fixable. This car has been off the road since around 1995. Since then it has been sitting behind our Volvo shop just waiting for someone to rescue it. This particular Bertone was optioned with the Automatic transmission, but has all of the standard features like heated seats, power mirrors, power locks, etc. The interior has definitely seen better days, but doesnt show signs of water intrusion, the biggest thing this car will need is re-upholstery on the interior as well as the roof. We have all the original documentation and paperwork from the first owner, even down to the original warranty card. We have not tested the motor to see if it will fire up, but the electronics are all working as we tested them with a fresh battery. Probably the only 262C Bertone in the mid-atlantic for sale currently, and one of the lowest mileage examples in the US.
