And if you have HMI (Hold My Items) you need to download https://modrinth.com/mod/modmenu and find "Entity-Model-Features", go to settings, model, player settings, and turn ON "Prevent First Person Hand Animations" or else HMI will bug out, and be weird.
There is also compatibility for the mod "Not Enough Animations", but I didn't think that was worth covering
