This DUO Speed Perk Build is insanely strong! My build consists of Hope, Boon: Dark Theory, Blood Pact, and Teamwork: Power of Two, and my duo General's build consists of Hope, Boon: Dark Theory, Teamwork: Collective Stealth, and For The People. When all of these perks are combined when you heal your teammate and they stay near you, you can gather up to 126% haste and become faster than the killer by a landslide! We also used insta heal + blight serum med kits to get easy heals and give us an extra 5% speed on use! I hope you all enjoy this video, and you should DEFINITELY try this build out!
