At the 1st Fujairah Global Chess Championship, we could see some of the best young talents of the world battle it out on the world stage. In the third of the masters section, we had ten year old IM Roman Shogdzhiev, who is the youngest player ever to achieve the title of International Master at just 10 years, 3 months, and 21 days and his opponent, twelve year old IM Faustino Oro whose record Roman had to break.
