I accidentally discovered this by myself idk if anyone else knows about it and this is the setup :
1-Complete the missions Big Smoke & Ryder normally
2-Store a cop bike at CJ's house garage so you can use it later to get om0
3-Complete Tagging Up Turf 2x
4-Complete Drive Thru 2x
5-Complete Drive-By normally
6-Complete Home Invasion normally
7-Complete Sweet's Girl 2x
8-Complete Catalyst 2x (from now on after completing this misssion 2x an exploit will be running in the background so you won't be able to save the game , my advice is to save the game before doing Catalyst 2x)
9-Answer all phone calls
10-Start the mission High Stakes , Low-Rider
using the save game you can only do the last step (catalyst 2x)
