Offered for sale is this very clean and pampered 380 SL converted into the look of a 560 SL Roadster from Mercedes-Benz (Conversion: 560SL wheels, badging / emblems and front painted valance). A 1983 model in sleek Tuxedo Black over Grey Premium Leather seats. This clean R107 was previously stored in a garaged collection, and with only 102,073 well preserved miles. It is in exceptional condition inside and out, with stunning paint and leather, the soft top in like-new condition, and the original hard top still with the car. We have given this roadster a full service, including brakes, fuel system, ignition system, and all fluids flushed and changed. The chrome and brightwork are in excellent condition, and there is no corrosion on the body or underneath. The interior is in excellent condition, wood trim in great shape, and all of the switches, controls, and gauges working as they should. The car runs and drives like it should, with a smooth ride, ample power from the 3.8 liter V8 engine, smooth shifts from the transmission, and tight steering and brakes.
