Surah Waqiah سورة الواقِعَة | Relax Your Mind Majestic Quranic Recitation | ZikarAllah TV

Surah Al-Waqi‘ah is the 56th chapter of the Holy Qur’an, revealed in Makkah, and it contains 96 verses. The name Al-Waqi‘ah means “The Inevitable Event”, referring to the Day of Judgment.

This powerful Surah vividly describes what will happen when the Hereafter comes—how people will be divided into three groups:

The foremost (As-Sabiqun) — closest to Allah
The people of the right hand — the successful believers
The people of the left hand — those who denied the truth

Surah Al-Waqi‘ah reminds us of Allah’s supreme power, the truth of resurrection, and the rewards of Jannah versus the punishment of Jahannam. It calls hearts to reflect, increase faith, and prepare for the eternal life.
