Hypertrophy workout routine:
10 mins warm up
10 mins mobility
3-5 mins positional drills
Skill training (handstands in my case)
1. Pull up variation 6-10 reps, EMOM 10 mins
2. Dip variation 3x 6-12 reps
3. Row variation 3x 10 reps with pause
4. Skull crushers 4x 5 reps
