Betty Cooper and Jughead Jones fall in love, they're dating but after some time Betty finds out that she's pregnant. She wants to tell Jughead but she panics and doesn't tell him. She finally decides to tell Jug the truth because her and her mom need help to handle the situation.
After some months, Betty gives birth to two babies and she and Jug even organize a baby shower. However, it's been a while since Betty didn't go to school, and she has to go back one day. But she's scared of the reaction of the other students about her pregnancy and Jug, Archie and Veronica try to help her. When the time comes, Jug is there for his girlfriend, but something happens and she falls apart. Luckily, Jughead takes care of her. And Betty starts to live again, she goes out with her friends again and smiles again.
