The Butterfly by Westbank is a 57-storey, 331 unit luxury condo building. This constructions includes the heritage upgrade, rehabilitation, and expansion of the historic First Baptist Church (FBC), built in 1911. The tower is the shape of a butterfly and the third tallest building. The base of the condominium tower and the heritage church’s western stone wall will be connected by an airy glass-covered indoor galleria, which forms a major part of the expanded church.

Units range from 3.5 to 8 million dollars!

Construction started in 2018. Estimated completion is February 2024.
