In this video, Redbird Speed is measure the "A Dimension" on the @MoserEngineering spec sheet. Some people call it the hub, pilot, or brake register. WHY DOES IT MATTER? The rotor either needs to be hub or stud centric. Use a set of dial calipers to measure the rotor or get this dimension from the disc brake manufacturer. You do not want excessive slop here. There are a lot of variations in factory axles with drum brakes ranging from 2.430", 2.771", 2.780", 2.800", 2.810", 2.820", 2.875", or 3.060" for a start. Most disc brake manufacturers are using rotors around 2.771", 2.780", 2.800", 2.820", and 3.060" depending on the manufacturer. These specific axles from @MoserEngineering start out at 3.060" and can be machined down to fit your application. Axles can be made in two days! Reach out for a spec sheet or the best pricing.
