Fish Seasoning
Cod Filet (any large, flakey fish)
Onion powder
Garlic powder
salt and pepper
Badia
Aromatic
Let clean fix drain on a rack for 30 minutes and then use napkin to dap excess water.
Season fish for 30 minutes
Fish Coating
Breading (use any of your choice. I used plain breading, so I seasoned it with some salt and Cajun seasoning. I added Panko to the plain breadcrumbs to add texture. You can also buy pre-seasoned breadcrumbs)
Bonding Agent: 2 eggs, half & half milk and salt. Add more seasoning as desired. Use little mix because the mixture needs to be thick.
Tartar Sauce
1 cup mayo
1 TBSP dill relish
1 TBSP Capers
1/2 TBSP dry or fresh dill
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 garlic glove minced
Salt and white/black pepper for taste
