Kun Trumpin politiikka tuntuu viime päivinä aiheuttavan jatkuvasti järkytystä, ahdistusta ja huolta, niin luonnossa tapahtuu iloisia asioita. Lintumuutto koko ajan lisääntyy! Eilen näin lähivesistön laulujoutsenparin muuttaneen pesimäswuduilleen, ja vaikka se on jäässä, niin viereisellä järvellä ne voivat ruokailla.

Joy of the spring!
While Trump's politics seem to be causing constant shock, anxiety and worry in recent days, joyful things are happening in nature. Migration of birds is increasing all the time! Yesterday I saw a pair of whooper swans in their breeding territory, and even though it's still frozen, they can feed on the nearby lake.
