Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko during the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting in Russia's Leningrad region on Thursday exchanged snarks with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan over his decision to participate remotely in the upcoming meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.
