Me? I moved to Jacksonville… to make milk.

Not just any milk. The good stuff. The kind of milk that fuels breakfast tables, post-practice recovery, and maybe even the occasional late-night bowl of cereal when you can’t sleep.

It started with a phone call — an opportunity to join a world-class team obsessed with quality, precision, and keeping the nation’s cereal bowls full. They told me, “We make milk.” I told them, “I’m in.” That’s it. That’s the whole recruiting pitch. And somehow, it worked.

Now I’m here in Jacksonville — palm trees swaying, the Atlantic just a short drive away, volleyball courts sprinkled across the city — learning the ropes of milk production. Turns out, it’s not all cows and barns. It’s science. It’s engineering. It’s problem-solving at 3 a.m. so a carton gets to a kid’s lunch the next day. And honestly? It’s kind of awesome.

So yeah, I traded pine trees for palm trees, grass courts for sandy beaches, and the familiar for the unknown — all for the love of the game… and the milk.
