On the morning of 7 February 2025, Maintenance Locomotive D206 suffered a fault and derailed at Bishan Depot [BSD]'s vital crossover leading to Reception Tracks 1 and 2 (RT1 and RT2).
Thus, Bishan Depot was unable to dispatch fresh trains until the evening (PM) peak hour, when they were able to dispatch trains slowly from Reception Track 3 (RT3) after it was deemed safe to do so again.

This video focuses on a KHI which dispatched from BSD RT3 to Bishan Siding, then started as a Fresh Train at Bishan Platform A.
