If your Polaris ATV pulls to one side only with the All Wheel Drive on, then one of your magnetic clutches is not working. The ATV will pull to the side that is not engaging so you know where to start but it's best to do a couple of checks before you start disassembling your hubs. First is an electrical test which I'll show you the simple way to verify your electrical system is working. Second is a mechanical test to see if the axle is bent which causes the AWD to fail as well as other bad things like destroying wheel bearings and brake pads/rotors. Many people have a hub engagement problem because of a bent axle but don't know it because the wheel will turn true when you spin it off the ground. If you have difficulty getting your inner brake pads inserted between the rotor and caliper, rotate the drive axle and try again. If it fits with the axle in some positions but not others then the axle is bent. I'll give you a close up view of what to look for. This 2003 Scrambler 500 pulled hard right when in AWD only. With new axles the AWD works perfectly. Nothing else would have solved the problem.
