Held quietly this June, a rare vote of no confidence was made within the Baltimore County Fire Department.
The vote issued by the firefighter's union named Fire Chief Joanne Rund, Assistant Chief Jennifer Utz, Assistant Chief Paul Lurz, and Deputy Chief Francis DiPaula.
