MEIKO "The thought to tell" - 物語風 Animated PV (English lyrics)

I don't usually do niconicodouga uploads, but this particular work moved me so much I felt I had to share it with. Youtube user ymiya916 has also uploaded this video before, but I thought I would add english translations to the lyrics.

"The Thought To Tell" is a song by Meiko. Meiko was released Jan2004, and shu-tP had finished this song in Dec2004, only to upload it in Nov2007 during the Hatsune Miku boom. 20Feb2010, Sasaki (who is well-known for creating story-line animated PVs based on lyrics alone) released a PV to this song.

This PV pulls my heart-strings so hard I find myself crying more with each time I watch it. It's a very simple song - few lyrics, long music intervals - but the story that Sasaki weaved out of it? Words can't describe. It has allowed me to listen to the song from another POV.

Seeing that I only got to know the song more through the PV, my understanding and impression of the song lyrics are quite influenced by the storyline here. When translating, I listened and went over the lyrics alone (without the PV) to minimise influence from the PV within the translation, in hopes that viewers can develop their own understanding of the PV.
