Mercedes 5-Speed transmission 722.6 Limp Mode fixed (Stuck in second gear?)

This W210 E-class Mercedes was stuck in second gear and the 722.6 transmission was in limp mode. To solve this issue I started with the below:
1. 722.6 TCM/TCU check and clean up
2. Transmission Harness and connectors cleaning
3. Replacing the connectors and seals for the 5 speed Mercedes transmission
4. Removing the valve body and conductor plate.
5. Replacing 722.6 conductor plate.
6. Mercedes 722.6 Valve body installation
7. 722.6 Filter, fluid and connector.
8. Stuck in 2nd gear fixed after clearing the faults codes.
