Gray, an outcast in the world of Sprunki, struggles to fit in as the rest of the happy citizens sing and dance in perfect harmony. After a humiliating attempt to join in, Gray isolates himself, believing he's a burden. His only friend, Wenda, invites him to a picnic, offering a brief moment of hope. However, the mysterious and malevolent Black arrives, spreading chaos and corruption through his magical hat. As the once joyful citizens turn into violent, horror-forms, Gray teams up with Wenda and others to stop Black's reign of terror. In the end, Gray realizes that violence isn't the solution and, through a powerful, unifying song, restores peace to Sprunki and defeats Black.
