This Mono Blue Prowess deck has been one of my favorite decks for a long time. This deck is going to pump out a bunch of Otters with cards like Elusive Otter and Stormchaser's Talent. Mix that with the insane power of the Astrologian's Planisphere and a bunch of card draw and you are suddenly pumping out a crazy amount of threatening attackers.
On top of that, we are able to play a bunch of cards that give our creatures evasion and protection. Enter the Enigma and Secret Identity allow your big creatures to sneak past your opponents blockers to end games fast!
