Anycubic Kobra 2 Max Bed Level issue leaving printer unusable.

My Anycubic Kobra 2 Max bed leveling issue where the Head goes up and down twice and then moves to next position, but after a while the head goes down on one of the position but does not return to top and subsequent leveling leaves the head in the down position until the head attempt to go down in which the leveling thus fails with an alert.
When watching from 5m 25s you can see the head remains down after the 4th leveling attempt at 5m 46s and will stay there as the start position for the other leveling attempts. The Bed leveling alerts then pops up to say the leveling sensor failure or wiring issue as noted on the anycubic wiki page.

The fixes stated by the wiki do not apply as the bed leveling happens okay for the first 3-4 rows and then on the 4-5 rows the alerts pops up and I noted the z-axis screws do not operate to return the head to the start position before moving to the next position for leveling when the issue arises.
I suspect there is either a corrupted firmware or the firmware is faulty. The firmware version is 3.12.
I only got this printer in Nov 2024 from Aliexpress and so is surprised by this failure of this type so soon (my prior Kobra 2 Max does not suffer this issue).
